We are currently looking for a Director Sales Poland (m/f/d) to join our Commercial Sales Department (full-time) in Warsaw as soon as possible.
Your impact
What expects you
- You reinforce to our international commercial real estate client portfolio—from strategic acquisition to successful closing.
- With a proven background in real estate, you ensure strong results and market presence.
- You identify opportunities in our key market Poland and leverage our network to win new mandates, projects, and partnerships.
- Through cross-selling and upselling, you actively increase the value of each client relationship, driving sustainable revenue growth.
- You analyze trends and competitor movements across the real estate landscape, transforming insights into concrete action plans.
- At property and investment trade fairs, you confidently represent our brand and expand our influence in international markets.
- You align team performance with business goals—balancing operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Your profile
- You hold a completed degree or equivalent vocational training that has provided you with a solid foundation in the real estate industry.
- With over five years of advanced B2B sales experience in the sector, you bring both expertise and a strong passion for sales and business development.
- Demonstrating success across the full 360° sales cycle, you have consistently achieved or exceeded ambitious targets—from prospecting and client acquisition to negotiation and closing.
- Highly driven and results-oriented, you combine a strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership for both individual and team achievements.
- Your approach is client-focused and solution-oriented, and your ability to communicate clearly.
- Thriving in dynamic and entrepreneurial environments, you actively promote continuous learning and professional growth.
- You are proficient in MS Office and skilled in using CRM tools to manage pipelines efficiently and make data-driven sales decisions.
- Fluent in both Polish and English, you also bring valuable multilingual capabilities to an international business setting, with additional languages seen as a strong asset.
