We are looking for you to join our Team (Senior) Consultant Energy International in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Your impact

We are currently looking for motivated experts who want to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise to an advanced specialist level and to specialize further, with the perspective of taking on leadership responsibility.

What expects you

You actively and independently manage international real estate projects in the field of energy cost optimization—from start to finish.
To ensure the right decisions are made, you structure and analyze the relevant project data on your own.
You develop innovative concepts to optimize energy costs and implement them successfully.
In day-to-day operations, you are the primary point of contact for our international clients and find the right solution for every challenge, taking the specific local energy markets into account.
To ensure project success, you lead tenders, conduct negotiations, and manage related procurement discussions with foreign energy providers.
Additionally, you oversee ongoing projects, support their further development, and actively contribute to their timely and successful completion.
You work closely with interdisciplinary and multilingual teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about project progress and fostering optimal collaboration.

What you contribute

You have completed vocational training or a degree (university or college)—preferably in International Management, Real Estate, or a program with an energy-related focus.
You bring several years (3–5) of professional experience in project management.
Very good to fluent French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage, and you also have excellent English skills.
Ideally, you are familiar with local market specifics and have experience working with international teams and clients.
Additionally, you have strong Excel skills that complement your profile.
You are characterized by solution-oriented, analytical, and structured thinking and acting, enabling you to handle even complex challenges effectively.
Your teamwork and commitment complement your professional and confident presence.
You promote team dynamics and employee development through motivating leadership, regular feedback, and active support of professional growth.
Ideally, you already have experience with staff management responsibilities.
